Land Works, Inc has been incorporated since 1992 and its owner, developer Bryan Seigler has been developing real estate in Florida and East Tennessee since 1980.  Past properties in East Tennessee, developed by Land Works, Inc. include:  Bluff Mountain Ridge, Clear Creek Estates, Spring Valley, Smoky Mountain Woods and Tiffany Ridge.
