Our latest development is Emerald Pointe and we think it’s our most creative community yet.  Surrounded on three sides by beautiful Douglas Lake with spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains, Douglas Lake and the surrounding countryside, Emerald Pointe was  developed from one of the most beautiful and unique  properties in all of the Smokies. In order to preserve the pristine quality at Emerald Pointe, we’ve taken a large portion of the land and “set it aside” as a private nature preserve.
